Summer is Calling Passionfruit Punch

Summer is here - I don't know if you noticed but we certainly did. As my assistant Shelley affectionately calls our studio the "hot box," there has being nothing better then a sweet respite throughout our Christmas shooting. Whilst working with Cannon Hill Kmart Plaza we thought we would get the best of both worlds - whip up this fab punch idea for you to enjoy poolside and for us to enjoy studio-side. The recipe was found in the Coles November magazine and is super quick and easy to whip up. Perfect for Christmas day and every day in between!
What you need:
2 cups (500ml) pineapple juice
1/4 cup (60ml) passionfruit pulp
1/2 cup (125ml) Stone's Green Ginger Wine
4 cups (1L) chilled lemonade
1 continental cucumber, cut into ribbons
Fresh mint leaves, to serve
Ice cubes, to serve
Passionfruit wedges, to serve
